The Hertz Corporation Fleet Analyst - Donlen Recall and Maintenance in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Responsible for Recall Administration for the Donlen fleet.
Information Systems Analysis, Systems Maintenance, Systems Development, Systems Testing, and Reporting for Hertz RAC and Donlen recall and maintenance processes
Development and maintenance of automated processes.
Fleet Management System training, administration, support and development for recall and maintenance.
Key Result Areas Coordinate transfer of VIN Recall Information from Manufacturers and Carfax to insure current and accurate safety recall data.
Responsible for processing, and retention of Donlen Fleet Recall Information.
Responsible for quality assurance of data.
Create reports from Fleet Management Systems: EAM and Asset Works for the Field Maintenance using Access, Excel, SQL, Tableau tools and Crystal Reports.
Function as Systems Administrator and Support on Manufacturer Warranty Systems.
Maintain automated system processes for all Warranty Department Systems.
Prepare and maintain necessary system documentation.
Perform Software and Hardware Audits.
Perform daily/weekly vin scrubbing with NHTSA/Carfax application
Project One Infor/EAM system development, training testing and user supportey S
Fleet Management EAM system administrator for maintenance organization
A Degree or Work Experience in Computer Information Systems Analysis, Design, and Development and/or Database Analysis.
Background in automotive industry specific to automotive maintenance and repair.
Experience in System Administration
Microsoft Access Database development including VBA and Macros
Microsoft Excel development including VBA
SQL Server a plus
Cognos report development a plus
Experience in Accounting Systems
Business Analysis and System Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing
Database Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing
Report development using Microsoft Access and Excel
Web Design, Development, and Testing
Proficient with Computers
